Segmentics

Decoding how Egyptians think, behave, and make decisions beyond traditional demographics.

Segmentics is TBC’s syndicated study designed to move beyond conventional age and socioeconomic classifications to uncover the deeper psychographic, financial, and social patterns shaping Egyptian consumers, with a particular focus on how these dynamics influence real estate decisions.

The study explores how different groups think about money, aspiration, status, security, saving, investment, and ownership, and how these attitudes translate into real estate preferences, purchase behavior, and decision-making. It combines perspectives from consumers, economists, psychologists, sociologists, and market experts to build a multidimensional understanding of the Egyptian consumer.

The result is a more meaningful segmentation of the market, revealing distinct consumer profiles, what drives their choices, how they approach real estate as both a lifestyle and financial decision, and how developers and other businesses can better target, communicate with, and design propositions for them.
